Sobotniego wieczoru, był 22.05, po pracy, odwiedziłem po raz pierwszy lokal o pięknej nazwie Metal Cave celem odreagowania ciężkiego tygodnia przy browarku i koncercie. Może krótko o samym miejscu, które znałem tylko ze słyszenia: piwko niedrogie (6 zł tyszczak) i chyba tyle wystarczy. Na miejscu przywitali mnie znajomi – Marta i Mati plus chłopaki z kapeli Oblivion (między innymi oni grali tego wieczoru). Bro, bro, gadka-szmatka … montuje się pierwsza kapela…
…Ehhh…kapela? Ciężko to nazwać kapelą, ciężko to nazwać graniem. Podobno grają horror metal (ktoś tam w koszulce Murderdolls ganiał). Moi drodzy parafianie to był horror!!! Tak tragicznego występu nie widziałem od pięciu lat, a bywało się nie na jednym koncercie, nie tylko metalowym. Poziom muzyczny żenada, basista wykonywał lanserskie pozy sceniczne, jeden z gitarzystów przebijał go dziesięciokrotnie, a drugi chłopaczyna schował się gdzieś za filarem, pałker … ehh no głupio mi jechać tak po kimś, ale ludzie nie potrafili po prostu grać. Miernota, nierówno, brak w “muzyce” polotu, finezji, brak wszystkiego. Kropką nad “i” były wymalowane twarze “muzyków” a`la Darth Maul (z Gwiezdnych Wojen) i tym podobne bzdety.
Może nie powinienem podawać nazwy kapelki, ale kto chce i tak znajdzie na stronce Metal Cave wykonawców wieczoru. Ja czuję jednak dziwny obowiązek poinformowania rodzaju ludzkiego, czego należy unikać: The creppers … im już dziękujemy. Pozwolę sobie jeszcze zacytować słowa Matiego: “kupiłbym ich płytę … jak by była czysta, żeby coś na niej nagrać” 
Chwilka przerwy na scenie i montują się panowie z OBLIVION. Nie będę nikomu słodził i nikogo klepał sztucznie po ramieniu, ale … ROZPIERDOLILI mnie okrutnie!!! Ba, cóż za kontrast! Przed nimi gówno, które trudno nazwać muzyką, a Oblivion to brutalna dawka zajebistego death metalu! Tutaj od razu zachęcam do obczajenia ich twórczości: www.myspace.com/oblivionmetaldeath Warto naprawdę (oczywiście dla tych, którzy lubią ów klimat).
Dodam, że na żywo Oblivion wypadli o wiele lepiej niż to możemy usłyszeć na ich lans-spejsie. Ale po kolei. Najpierw klimatycznie intro a potem rzeźnia i napierdol! Dźwięki płynące z głośników od pierwszego utworu były czyś cudownym dla mych uszu, a każdy kolejny kawałek trzymał poziom. Majdan – perka (w koszulce NASUM – szacun!) wariat za garami! Olo – gitara i wokal – zajebiste partie gitarowe podczas darcia japy (growl, wrzaski, skrzeki), Rafał – bass – była kostka, były paluchy, był klang, było wszystko, było zajebiście plus pomocnicze growle. No i Młody – gitara – dawał również radę, od czasu do czasu klimatyczna wajcha.
Naprawdę musiałbym być bardzo złośliwym człowiekiem, żeby się do czegoś przyczepić. Solidna porcja dobrego death metalu plus smaczki. Na scenie pojawiał się jakże przeze mnie uwielbiany bauns (który nie każdy potrafi dostrzec w muzie, kto więc ocb ten wie i tyle). Od dziś, jeżeli będę miał ochotę na posłuchanie rzeźni, to Vader i Suffocation idą w odstawkę 
teraz Oblivion! Jeżeli tak ma wyglądać Polska muza, to ja podpisuję się pod tym obiema rekami – popieram, polecam etc!!! Jestem pewien, że przed chłopakami zajebista przyszłość czego im szczerze życzę!
Na koniec jeszcze pewna myśl, dygresja, problem, sprawa która mnie nurtuje … ilość ludzi na koncercie. Podczas gigu Oblivion pod sceną stałem ja, Mati i Marta i tyle. Podczas zajebistego koncertu w maju ubiegłego roku L`Esprit du Clan (świetna kapela z Francji) była garstka ludzi i już nie chce mi się innych przykładów przytaczać. Dlaczego w tym kraju, w tej Warszawie, kiedy jest naprawdę dobry koncert, naprawdę gra dobra kapela, to nie ma ludzi???
Boli mnie to i smuci, bo naprawdę nasza rodzima scena dobrej muzy (zaznaczam dobrej, a nie eskowego gówna) jest na zajebistym poziomie, ale o tym już pisał Marian w tekście “Dwie twarze polskiej sceny”. Dlaczego ludzie napierdalają w postawionym kołnierzyku w różowej polóweczce z włoskami na żel, w białych kozaczkach i złotych torebeczkach na lejdi zgage, techmulące umca umca i tego typu chłam, a na zajebiste koncerty, imprezy, balety, melanże przychodzi tak mało osób? I to tyczy się każdego gatunku muzyki. Z drugiej jednak strony, jak na to patrzę, może to i lepiej, bo po co jakiś przypadkowy frajer ma znaleźć się na gigu, z którego i tak nic nie zrozumie, nie wyniesie? A tak naprawdę jeżeli ktoś chce, jeżeli się interesuje, to i tak dotrze, znajdzie i usłyszy. Amen.
